Affiliate Agreement

This Agreement is between you (“Affiliate”) and Squarepaste, LLC (“Squarepaste,” “we,” or “us”). It governs your participation in the Squarepaste Marketing Affiliate Program (the “Affiliate Program”).

By joining the Affiliate Program, you agree to these terms. We may update or replace this Agreement from time to time. If you disagree with any update, you may terminate your participation.

1. Definitions

Affiliate Code: Your unique referral link or tracking code used to track leads and sales.

Affiliate Promo Code: A discount code provided to you by Squarepaste, which you may share publicly. Customers who use this code will receive 10% off their one-time order or first subscription payment.

Affiliate Lead: A potential customer referred by you via your Affiliate Code.

Customer Transaction: A purchase made by an Affiliate Lead on Squarepaste.com.

Commission: Payment earned by you based on eligible Customer Transactions.

Subscription Service: Squarepaste’s ongoing monthly subscription offering.

Other Products: Any one-time products or services outside the Subscription Service.

Affiliate Tool: The platform provided by Peach’s (https://peachs.co/) used to manage your affiliate activity.

2. Enrollment and Acceptance

You must apply to join the Affiliate Program. We may require additional information before approval. If not accepted within 30 days, your application is considered declined. Acceptance indicates full agreement with these terms.

3. Commission and Payment

Eligibility:

Commissions apply only to Customer Transactions completed on Squarepaste.com by valid Affiliate Leads tracked through your Affiliate Code.

Promo Code Use:

Each affiliate will receive a unique promo code that offers 10% off for the customer, either on a one-time product or the first payment of a subscription. Sharing your promo code is optional. If a customer uses only the referral link and not the promo code, you still earn commission; however, the customer will not receive the 10% discount.

Commission Structure:

• 10% of each one-time purchase

• 10% of each of the first six (6) monthly payments for any new subscription initiated through your referral link or code

Exclusions:

Transactions from international domains, fraudulent activity, or referrals who participate in other Squarepaste partner programs are not eligible for commissions.

Payment Schedule:

Commissions are paid manually once per month via PayPal to the account you provide. Make sure your PayPal details remain up to date.

Tracking:

Peach’s (https://peachs.co/) manages all tracking and reporting for affiliate activity and earnings.

Taxes:

You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed on your commissions.

Refunds:

Commissions are not reversed if a Customer Transaction is refunded.

4. Affiliate Obligations

• Promote Squarepaste products ethically and legally.

• Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship when sharing your promo code or link.

• Do not engage in misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, or use your Affiliate Code for self-purchases.

• Comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data regulations.

• Promptly respond to opt-out/unsubscribe requests.

• Use Squarepaste trademarks only as authorized in the Affiliate Tool and comply with our branding guidelines.

5. Intellectual Property

Squarepaste retains all ownership of its products, content, and trademarks.

You grant Squarepaste a non-exclusive right to use your trademarks solely to promote your participation in the Affiliate Program.

Upon termination of this Agreement, you must cease using Squarepaste materials and remove all affiliate assets from your site, platforms, or accounts.

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all non-public information about Squarepaste, its business, and its customers confidential, and to use such information only as required for participation in the Affiliate Program.

7. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated by either party.

We may terminate your participation immediately for cause, including breach of this Agreement, fraud, or actions harmful to Squarepaste’s brand or business.

If terminated, commissions for transactions tracked within 30 days of termination will still be paid. No commissions are owed beyond that period.

You must stop using all affiliate tools, promo codes, and Squarepaste branding upon termination.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Squarepaste and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of this Agreement or misuse of affiliate tools or promotional materials.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Squarepaste provides the Affiliate Program “as is” without warranty of any kind.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Our total liability is limited to commissions actually earned by you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Affiliate cookies last 90 days. If a customer clears their cookies before purchasing, commission tracking may be lost.

10. Non-Solicitation

You agree not to solicit Squarepaste employees or contractors for employment during this Agreement and for 12 months afterward, unless through public job postings.

11. Miscellaneous

Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their control.

This Agreement does not create a joint venture, agency, or employment relationship.

We may modify this Agreement at any time with notice via email or the Affiliate Tool. Continued participation implies acceptance of the changes.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement remains in effect.
