The affiliate program

What You Earn

• 20% of every template, plugin or Lifetime Access purchase you refer
• 20% of each of the first 3 monthly payments of a new Squarepaste plan, or of the first payment of a yearly plan

Your promo code gives the customer 10% off the same: a one-time purchase, their first 3 months, or their first year.

Joining

1. Sign in to Squarepaste, or create a free affiliate account – no plan needed
2. Open Affiliate in the sidebar
3. Pick the code you'd like, tell us where you'll share Squarepaste, and apply

We review applications by hand and email you once you're approved. Your link and promo code then appear on your Affiliate Overview.

Sharing

• Your referral link is squarepaste.com/ref/YOURCODE. Add /ref/YOURCODE to the end of any squarepaste.com page to link straight to it
• Someone who clicks your link is credited to you for 90 days
• If they use your promo code, the sale is yours even without the link, and they get the 10% off
• Affiliate › Assets has app screenshots and social graphics with your code on them

Your own purchases don't earn commission.

Getting Paid

• Payouts go out on the 1st of each month
• A commission can be paid once its sale is 30 days old, after the refund window
• You're paid once at least $25 is ready. Smaller amounts carry over
• A refunded sale's commission is canceled before it's paid

Payouts go to a Stripe payout account you set up under Affiliate › Payouts: choose the country your bank account is in, and Stripe takes you through the rest. It's separate from any account you take client payments with in Squarepaste.

Your Settings

Under Affiliate › Settings you can turn the sale and payout emails on or off, change the name the emails use, or leave the program.

Leaving the program

To leave, go to Affiliate › Settings and choose Leave program. Your referral link and promo code stop working right away, and commissions not yet paid won’t be paid. Your Squarepaste account stays. Deleting your Squarepaste account also closes your affiliate account; if you restore your account within 30 days, your affiliate account comes back too.
