Data Storage and Retention

How long we keep your data:

• Active accounts: Chat messages and files are kept for 180 days. Tasks, payments and account details are kept while your account is open
• Cancelled subscriptions: Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or its conversations
• Deleted accounts: Data is removed 30 days after deletion. Until then you can restore the account from the link we email you

Your Rights and Control

You have control over your data:

• Access: You can view your data in your dashboard at any time
• Update: You can update your account information in settings
• Delete: You can delete your account and all associated data
• Export: You can download any project's chat, with its files, from the project's Actions tab → Chat transcript

We protect your data with:

• HTTPS for all traffic
• Message text encrypted in our database
• Secure authentication and access controls
• Regular security updates
