Plugin orders delivered to Squarespace sites, so when a layout needs more than the platform offers, we already have it.

The Squarespace office on Circle Day

How a project runs

It starts with a short questionnaire about your business, the pages you need and what the site has to do. We come back with a Proposal in writing: the pages, the brand colors and type, the timeline and the price. No estimate ranges, no hourly surprises, and nothing owed until you have read it.

Once you approve the Proposal, you send your content through our intake page and we build the site in Squarespace 7.1. You review it before it goes live on your domain, in your own Squarespace account.

What’s included

A Proposal first

Every custom project starts with a written Proposal: brand colors, type, the page list and the assets we need from you. You see the plan before you commit to it.

Native Squarespace

Layouts use Squarespace 7.1 sections and blocks, not a pile of custom code, so you can edit any page yourself afterward and the site survives platform updates.

Mobile and search

Every layout is designed and checked at phone width, with titles, descriptions, clean URLs, alt text and a submitted sitemap in place on launch day.

Yours to keep

The site lives in your Squarespace account under your billing from day one. No retainer, no hosting markup, no lock-in.

“It was very easy to incorporate it into our website. I have some coding experience, but you don’t need much.”

Frequently asked questions

Yes, for most small and mid-sized businesses. Squarespace gives you managed hosting, SSL, fast mobile-friendly pages, forms, scheduling and commerce in one subscription, and an editor you can use yourself after launch. Businesses with complex integrations or custom web applications sometimes need more; a marketing site, a portfolio, a store or a booking-led service business rarely does.
A ready-made template from Squarepaste is $129 one-time, on top of your Squarespace plan. A custom site is quoted in writing after a short questionnaire, because the price depends on the pages, the features and how much content work is involved. Across the market, freelance designers commonly charge $1,500 to $5,000 and agencies $5,000 to $15,000 or more.
Most custom sites launch within a few weeks of your content arriving. The timeline is part of the written Proposal, so you know the dates before you approve it. The biggest variable is content: the sooner the copy and images are in, the sooner the site goes live. A template can be live in a few days.
Yes. The site is built in a Squarespace account you own and pay Squarespace for directly, so there is no hosting markup and nothing of yours sits in someone else’s account. If you do not have one yet, we set it up with you at the start of the project.
Yes. Redesigns run through the same questionnaire and Proposal. We can rebuild on your current site or on a fresh one and move the domain over at launch, whichever keeps your existing pages and search rankings safest.
Choose a template if you want a professional site quickly and affordably and are comfortable adding your own content in the editor. Choose a custom build if you want the site designed around your business, your content handled, and the whole thing done for you with a plan and a price in writing. Many clients start with a template and come back for a custom build when the business grows.
You send the content for your site through our intake page, with guidance on what each page needs. Where copy or images are missing, we can write and source them as part of the project; that work is scoped and priced in the Proposal so there are no surprises later.
You do. The site lives in your Squarespace account, the domain is yours, and nothing requires an ongoing relationship with us. You can edit it yourself, extend it, or hire anyone you like to work on it. If you want our help later, you simply start another project.
