White Glove is Squarepaste building Squarespace websites for other web design firms, under their name. When you have more clients than you can build for, you send us the brief, the client’s content and access to the site, and we build it. You keep the client, the credit and the relationship. Squarepaste never appears on the site and is never mentioned to your client.
Web design firms, studios and freelancers who work on Squarespace and have a busy month, a project that needs extra hands, or a client they would rather not turn away. It is not for end clients; if you are a business that wants a site built, start a project with us directly instead.
Not from us. There is no Squarepaste logo, credit, footer link or mention anywhere on the site, we never contact your client, and we do not publish the project or show it as our work. Whether you tell them is up to you.
You are the only person who talks to the client. You collect their content and feedback, we work from your brief, and revisions come to us through you. We build in the client’s Squarespace account or yours, whichever you set up, and you review every page on a private link before the client sees it.
The brief, the client’s logo, the text and images for each page, the links and details for anything the site has to do, and contributor access to the Squarespace site. If you have a design or a template in mind, send that too; if not, we propose one.
Builds start at $1,500. Beyond that there is no rate card. Tell us the project and the budget you have for it, and we come back with what we can build for that, in writing, before anything starts. If the budget does not fit the scope, we say so rather than cutting corners. The client’s Squarespace subscription is separate and stays in their name or yours.
It depends on the size of the site and how complete the content is when it arrives. We give you a date with the quote and keep you posted as the build goes, so you can set your client’s expectations with confidence.
Your client does, exactly as if your firm had built it. It lives in their Squarespace account, or yours if that is how you work, and nothing about it depends on Squarepaste afterward. Everything is built with native sections and blocks, so you or your client can edit it without us.
