Welcome to squarepaste.com (“Squarepaste”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and services. By purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or interacting with squarepaste.com in any way, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Description of Services

Squarepaste creates and sells ready-made websites designed specifically for Squarespace users. Some websites may require customers to have a particular Squarespace subscription plan in order to install or publish. We also offer code-based plugins (“Plugins”) that can be copied and pasted into your own Squarespace website to add new features or styling.

Additionally, Squarepaste offers ongoing website support through monthly subscription plans known as the Site Concierge Plans:

Each plan offers varying levels of support and updates.

2. User Accounts

You do not need an account to purchase a website or plugin. However, if you subscribe to a Site Concierge Plan, you will be required to create an account to manage your subscription and access support.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

As part of our services, you may upload content (e.g. images, text, documents) that you want us to add to your website. You retain ownership of all content you provide.

By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to access, use, and modify your content solely for the purpose of building or maintaining your website. You represent that you have the legal right to use any content you submit.

We do not moderate user-submitted content, but we reserve the right to decline projects or remove content that violates intellectual property laws or other legal obligations.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

We use Squarespace Payments to process all transactions securely. Klarna and Afterpay are also available as payment options.

Our Site Concierge Plans are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date. You can cancel your plan at any time; however:

We do not offer refunds.

If you are unsatisfied with a purchase or subscription, we may, at our sole discretion, offer store credit that can be used toward another product or service on squarepaste.com.

Prices, subscription terms, and plan features are subject to change. We will notify you in advance if any changes affect your current plan.

5. Intellectual Property

All websites, templates, plugin code, branding, and other assets sold or displayed on squarepaste.com are the intellectual property of Squarepaste unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any Squarepaste product without our explicit permission, except as necessary to install or use the product on your own Squarespace website.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Attempt to reverse engineer, replicate, or exploit any part of our website, templates, or plugins.

• Submit content that violates any third party’s rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

7. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect and process personal data including names, emails, IP addresses, and usage data. We use Squarespace Analytics, cookies, and third-party tracking scripts to understand website usage and improve our services.

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which we encourage you to read.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Squarepaste service at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

All services and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. While we aim for high quality, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all Squarespace features or third-party tools, especially if you change your plan or template after purchase.

We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services such as Squarespace platform changes, payment processors, or client-side customizations. All purchases are final, and we do not provide refunds under any circumstances. Store credit may be issued at our discretion.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Squarepaste shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services or products.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
